These Terms of Use and Service (""Terms"") govern the use of the GoBible platform, provided by GoBible, and apply to all Users who access or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoBible, the User declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose and Use

GoBible provides free access to the Holy Bible in various versions and translations, with search and comparison features. The use of the service is exclusively for personal, devotional, and study purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

The biblical content provided follows the licensing and public use rights of each translation. The software, design, and source code of GoBible are the exclusive property of its developer and protected by copyright laws.

4. Registration and Authentication via Third-Party Services

4.1. The User may choose to create or access their GoBible account using third-party service credentials, such as Facebook and Google.

4.2. By authenticating via third-party services, the User acknowledges and accepts that GoBible will collect basic profile information (Name, Email, and User ID) necessary for account identification and synchronization, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4.3. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their third-party accounts. GoBible is not responsible for any security failures or data breaches originating from third-party platforms.

4.4. Should the User deactivate GoBible's access to their third-party account, this may result in the loss of access to their GoBible account and/or the interruption of data synchronization, although their reading data already saved on our servers will remain stored, subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

The User agrees not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to violate system security or improperly access other Users' accounts.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Platform's content (except for the usual sharing of verses).

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

GoBible is provided ""as is"" and ""as available"". While we make efforts to maintain accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes related to the Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District of Criciúma, SC.
